I am very sorry for answering so late. Anyway I have to tell you that this trip to Vietnam was one of the best trip I did and mostly because of your organization and the professionalism of Vietnam Trip Advisor.
The Northern trip was wonderful concerning Hanoi and Hallong Bay.  And also the cruise was very good. Mihn was very good too.
The Central Vietnam trip was also very good and once again a wonderful guide with a perfect english and a very high cultural knowledge. I think his name is Tam, but sorry, my vietnamese is not that good.
The only think that did not work as expected was in Nha Trang but the guide Chan was very kind and worrried about our troubles in that hotel Diamond Bay.
The hotel in Mui Ne was the best and the guide of Saigon was once again wonderful.
 
For all this I have to thank you for that trip, and say to you that I will tell everybody about your professionalism.
 
Kam On for everything and looking forward to visit Vietnam again.

Our company have just come back after a long trip to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. It was really an incredible trip.  We only want to say a word about the trip “perfect”. You don’t imagine how we were pleased with our trip. Everything seemed to be out of our expectations. Our collegue were very interested in the three beautiful countries. We traveled to Vietnam first. Halong Bay was the first place we visited. Although we saw it through newspapers and TV, we were still extremely impressed by the beauty of Halong Bay. What a great idea to put us on Victory Cruise! This is a very big and very beautiful cruise. It is big enough for our company to stay on this cruise. We had a private place for only our company to enjoy the bay. The services on this cruise are very good. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The food was so delicious that our children ate very much. The time in Laos and Cambodia was also very excellent. Hotels in Laos and Cambodia are very very nice. The staffs were very polite and friendly. They were very willing to help us everything when we needed. We were arranged in very beautiful and big rooms with balconies and nice garden view. All people of our group like the rooms very much. We were particularly pleased with our guide – Mr. Minh. He was really the best guide we had ever known.  He is very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, an excellent pronunciation and a very kind person. Specially, he is very funny. He always made us smile. He took a special care to our group and covered many things. We love him very much. He took many photographs with us. We had many memories in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This trip is an unforgettable experience for us. On behalf of the whole company, I would like to give a big thanks to Vietnamtripadvisor for organizing an excellent trip. It is sure that we will recommend this company to our friends and we will get back to Vietnamtripadvisor in the near future.

The Halong Bay on Lagoon Explorer cruise was excellent. Boat - apart from the A/C which broke down in one room - food, staff, itinerary were very very good. The car transfer was good too. Thank you so much for your great job. Our group of 8 people was not to expect more.

Our trip, with your company, it certainly did reach our expectations infact............. IT ABSOLUTELY BLEW US AWAY!!! It was brilliant!! We got home a couple of days ago.
Thank you for the tour, we thought it very , very , good value, the hotels were first class, even more than we might have expected.
We did complete an evaluation form of yours and handed it to the tour guide that came around to the hotel in Hanoi late afternoon, when you organized the extra days at the Hanoi hotel for us, Did you get it ?, it was mostly, very complimentary of Vietnam Trip Advisor.
If there could be a criticism, then it would be that the tour guide in Saigon but mostly the guide in Dalat / Hoi An / Hue was to much in detail about history 200 years , 500 years  and 1000 years ago, Could have been more about Vietnam last 50 or 60 years and how it has changed and how it is today.ie, culture, landscape, financial, political etc.
 
We will come back to Vietnam again, and we will use and recommend you for tours.

We are great! Sorry we didn’t reply sooner. After such a long holiday there is a lot to catch up on and we have been very busy.

We would like to thank you very much for organizing such a wonderful holiday for us. Everything ran so smoothly. The guides were very friendly and helpful, the tours were very interesting and most of the accommodation was excellent. All the meals that we had that were included were delicious and there was plenty of food. We were looked after extremely well throughout our entire trip!

Thankyou for all the organisation regarding our recent trip to Vietnam.  The itinerary worked very well without any problems, and I think you responded quickly and well to my many questions and requests as we designed the itinerary.  As we only had the two weeks to have quite a busy trip around Vietnam, the fact that it was all pre-arranged meant that we did not need to devote time while we were travelling to plan ahead.  Some comments below as requested.
 
Guides
All the guides were excellent with good knowledge and personalities.  The benefits of a private tour include being able to adjust some of the times which worked very well for us.

As many visitors, like us, do not have a good feel for the cost of living in Vietnam, it would help if you provided some advice regarding the amount we might consider for a tip to the guides/drivers (and in general).  I didn't think to ask you this before we began the tour.
 
Meals
All breakfasts were quite good.  We had one dinner in the program for the first night in Hanoi - this was OK, but perhaps you might like to consider having the guide eat with the group for this first meal to explain some of the food and what we might/should try during the rest of the holiday.  The meals on the White Dolphin were very good.
 
Hotels
Hanoi - Boss Hotel - we enjoyed our stay here - good location - and very friendly/helpful staff.  There is some construction next door, but only during the daylight hours.
White Dolphin Cruises - an excellent overnight stay aboard - the private cruise was the best option.
Hue - Orchid Hotel - a good location and friendly staff.
Hoi An - Vinh Hung Resort - quite a pleasant stay - we should have allowed more time in Hoi An - next time I would probably stay in the city area.
HCMC - Tan Hoang Ngoc Hotel - good location and good facilities.
Can Tho - Kim Tho Hotel - quite a good hotel and location.
 
 Thanks again for your assistance.  We thoroughly enjoyed our brief experience in Vietnam.

All Hotels that we stayed in were very nice, the staff spoke English and they were helpful. Our Mekong Delta Tour was so dreamy that we were sorry we booked it so short.

I have all good things to say about the holiday you organised for me and my children loved everything. I am happy to recommend your services to my friends in Australia and will tell them if they wish to travel to Vietnam to contact your organisation.

I will detail below my thoughts and critique:

1.       Prince Junk tour               Wonderful, staff, food itinerary excellent. Beds and pillows too hard for westerners. Tour guide wonderful. Location outstanding.
2.       Hanoi Boss Hotel              Accommodation excellent, beds and pillows too hard for Westerners. Staff at reception had a good understanding of English. Breakfast good.

Tour guide excellent and tours most interesting.
3.       Central Highlands             Hotel accommodation good. Tour guide Wonderful. There were two Elephant tours we could choose from and I told our guide to choose the best, unfortunately he chose the one where the elephants mostly went in water along the lake, this was not what I had expected as I thought we were going through the jungle. I was disappointed in this part of the tour.
4.       Ho Chi Minh                       Hotel accommodation excellent, beds and pillows too hard for Westerners. Breakfast good, 6 out of 10.
