Thank you so much for the trip Discover North Vietnam 7days/ 6nights, it went very smoothly and met all expectations. We arrived in this morning to Hanoi from Sapa tour and I am planning on exploring the town a bit further. Thank you again from all of us for such a wonderful experience.

I have already recommended you to a family friend that is coming over on the 20th,I am not sure of the extent of their bookings so I hope that they will contact you if they plan to do tours in the north.We are flying to Danang tomorrow at 11.30 from there we fly to Ho Chi Minh City to fly home to Sydney on the 22nd.

We are staying our extra night at the Nam Hai 1 and are very happy with the quality of the rooms and the staff.

We arrived home safely, but very tired, and spent yesterday recovering from the flight.
 
It was lovely to meet you & your colleagues at your office. We felt very welcome. Please tell you friends that you all made us feel quite at home. Thank you also for the gifts & meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was very kind of you to show us some of the real Vietnamese way of life.
 
We were very happy with the way you helped us plan & organise our trip to Vietnam & Laos and were very impressed with your quick email responses to all our questions & requests, & felt that we were dealing with a friendly & competent advisor, even before we met you.
 
This was the first time we had booked everything using the internet, & we were thrilled that everything went so smoothly, thanks to your help with booking Vietnam Airlines flights & modifying the Laos Treasures tour to suit our needs.
 
In Laos, our guide Phet & driver Huyn were terrific. The vehicle we travelled in was new & very comfortable & we were given a very good description of all the sites we visited. The accommodation was also first class & we had no complaints at all.
 
Our only suggestions that might help, is for you to list the tour/trip dates, & the corresponding itinerary & accommodation for those dates (as we did for the Laos tour) as soon as possible in your communications, to make it very clear to customers when & where they are going & what they will be doing.  You might also need to make it clear that people will need to pay for their Laos visas when they arrive at the Laotian airport. We had to pay for these at Vientiane airport & we had thought we had already paid for them in the $70 paid to Andrew in HCMC.  We were a bit confused about the $70 which was paid back to us in Laos, and although we were not worried about this, other people might be.
 
I have attached the photos taken at your office. Hope you like them & can find them useful to advertise your services.
 
Thank you again for all you help in planning a marvellous trip that we truly enjoyed & that has given us many happy memories of your country & its people. We really appreciated your warm, friendly service. Thank you very very much for arranging the tour package and flight through-out Cambodia and Viet Nam.  All destinations and guides were very excellent.  The tour guide in Siem Reap, was exceptional, with incredible knowledge and completely willing to please. Whole accommodation at a 4 star level were very nice location and room is very good

Halong bay tour was so luxurious and comfortable, the food excellent and the crew on the boat were great.

Professional Tour in Cambodia and Viet Nam  was very exciting and interesting.

Here we are back in America and our wonderful few days in Cambodia already seem like a dream.We have thought about you a lot and also talked about you to our friends who are planning a holiday to the SouthEast Asia.  We wondered how you got on with your next tour group – much younger and fitter than us but they certainly couldn’t have appreciated you more than we did!   And when you next see Dat please say a big hello to him. Dear Julia,

 

 we had a wonderful time, and were very well looked after. The cake and

 flowers we were given on the first day was an unexpected kind gesture.

 

 The only thing i would say is that it was not made clear we could pay the

balance on a credit card at our hotel, which resulted in us withdrawing a

 large amount of cash from an atm unnecessarily.

 

 A small gripe however. Overall an excellent trip in truly magical

 surroundings. The food was excellent.

We’ve just come back from Siem Reap of glamorous landscapes. Four days for our tour Siem Reap- Phnom Penh was very so soon. It was a very great time with  you and your team. Thank you very much for VietnamTripAdvisor . You brought us the time to be ourselves. Your advice was very useful for us to make our best itinerary. We was very surprised how punctual the driver was at Siem Reap Airpot. The Angkor Wat was so beautiful and unique. We really got it when my guide told us about the history, he was very acknowledgeable. The sight seeings such as South Gate of Angkor Thom, Silver Pagoda… in our holiday took us from surprise to absolute surprise about this ancient city’s architecture. We enjoy eating Cambodian food, they are very nutritious.

We are back in Paris and I can tell you that we had a great time in Vietnam . All was perfect and I would like to  thank you very much for your good organization. All your guides and drivers were perfect. My Group and I love your country and we have already spoken with some of our friends to go back to Vietnam with them.. All of us were very happy and had good impression of Vietnam Grand Tour 20 days. We had good opportunities to explore Hanoi capital city with 1000 years , Wonder of Halong bay ,  miracle and mysterical Sapa with mountainous villages of   Ethnic minorities . Along Vietnam We continued enjoy Hoian ancient town , Hue former imperial capital .And especially , we loved long coast of Vietnam with near 2000km spread. Hochiminh city was nice also , here we visited Cu Chi tunnels( very famous in War time) and this is the last route of Mekong river which created huge delta ( Mekong delta) with veriety of fruits , rich of sea food . From here we could upper Mekong delta to Combodia.

We much enjoy the tropical weather of Vietnam , is was very comfortable for swimming , diving , trekking ( in north of Vietnam 4 seasons / day)

There was no comments for people and Hotels here “Perfect” .Vietnamese was friendly and enthusiastic.

Foods during tour were excellent , we enjoy many diffirent kinds of food as the geography ( Halong with seafood , Sapa with forest food………)

In summary , we enjoyed Vietnam so much and our next trip to explore hidden charm of Vietnam.

Thank you for the wonderful service you provided my group during our travels to Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang. I threw you so many curves and last minutes requests. You handled them professionally and made for a very successful trip.

The Au Lac hotel in Ho Chi Minh was excellent. Location, value, staff, cleanliness and security. I was very happy with the facilities. Please visit the Texas Barbeque located a couple of blocks down the street. Great food, atmosphere and value.

The Sunrise Beach Resort in Nha Trang was first class all the way. A great value, location, staff, cleanliness, security. The tour desk and guide was great. I cannot describe what a wonderful breakfast buffet they provided. A great way to start the day.

I like trains and the 5 Star Express Train from Saigon to Nha Trang was excellent. It took 8 hours so not the fastest but it did provide a look at the country you could not get from an airplane flight. The train staff was great and it was comfortable.

I will give you all the details of my next trip and let you make all the arrangements. You are the best and I have the confidence and trust that you will take of all our needs.

I must not forget to thank the wonderful people of Vietnam for being so kind, friendly and courteous. I was impressed with the way they respect each other.

Yes, we enjoy very much in Sapa, especially the home stay, the local family there are very hospitality.   Royal View Hotel is very nice and clean.  We have a very good tour guide during the trekking at Sapa. 

In Hanoi, arrangement is ok for the Hanoi and City Tour.  Especially, Nam Hai Hotel is the best with 02 star class.   Tour guide is excellent during the trip. Your Halong Bay is very miracle and mysterious

 In Generally, We have great trip and have recommended to our friends must visit Vietnam Sapa Halong and Hanoi.

I had been meaning to write since you led our trip in Vietnam but human nature being what it is, it failed - both myself and Mary absolutely enjoyed your country and will be back for sure.

 

Your country has amazing history and I admire your people  and their capacity to work - I have no doubt that with the ethics your people have, that the country will grow.

 

What also brought about thoughts of our trip was that a girlfriend of one of my work colleges in going on a trip -  leaving Hanoi with the group on 1st December. Her name is Karen Garnsey and I hope she is with a group you are leading -  your knowledge and insight into the people and culture made it all the more interesting and I'm sure you will look after her.

We can still re-call being in the cave with the General and the stirring manner in which he still sang the inspirational songs of the war.
